Great parking facilities for a town centre hotel. Good location. Big effort from staff to ensure you had everything a needed. Rooms excellent, heating just right for the cold weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy. Good car parking and the hotel was quiet. So we all slept well. The buffet breakfast covers all the bases, cereal, pastries, scrambled egg, sausage etc etc, but no bacon oddly. So don't expect a full English! I don't consider that a major problem tho! -

We were so pleased with the hotel from the moment we entered we were welcomed by very friendly and efficient staff. The rate for the night was excellent - we will definitely use Premier Inns when visiting different parts of the country. -

We needed somewhere to stay for my son's football tournament at St George's Park. The Premier Inn at B-U-T fitted the bill admiarbly. We had dinner and breakfast in the pub next door and both were absolutely fine. -
Friendly at tentative helpful staff. Restaurant facilities, children welcomed & catered for with good menu selection reasonably

Where do we start, this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The welcome from Jacqui and Greg was lovely, they made our stay homely and wonderful. Newton House was an excellent find. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and would be perfect for anyone. The double room was very spacious and the additional room was perfect for our two young children. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of freshly prepared fruit and pastries, juices and delicious locally sourced ingredients for the full English.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend - Modern room, spacious bathroom and free internet access. Breakfast included giving good value compared to other local facilities. Will use again next time I'm in the area.
