This place was the perfect location for our first wedding anniversary. The house is stunning and beautifully decorated. Our bedroom up in the eave, whilst quirky, was lovely. Andrew and Lauren are excellent hosts- very welcoming. Andrews full English breakfast saw us through the day and there is an abundance of port/whiskey/sherry to help yourself to which is a nice touch. East House is by far the loveliest hotel/B+B we have ever stayed in. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and the most engaging host/hostess. Our room and bathroom were luxurious yet homely. Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice. Lauren and Andrew have made this a perfect haven for anyone visiting the Cotswolds and we will definitely go back for our next special occasion.
Everything about East House was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful, everything was luxurious. There were so many lovely touches like Champagne on arrival, warm cosy entrance hall with woodburner and complimentary port before bed. The breakfast was superb. The owners were very entertaining and fun to talk to. We can't wait to go back!.
You may have read the other reviews and asked can this place be that
good - the answer is an unqualified yes. The only reason to give
anything other than a perfect score would be to selfishly put other
people off - so we could have the best accommodation in Britain to
ourselves! Obviously we have booked to go back!.
5 Star Bed and Breakfast does East House a disservice. The bedroom and bathroom (Spencer Suite) were sheer luxury and the breakfasts magnificent .The welcome and attention to detail from Lauren and Andrew were added value.Not to mention the free whiskey, port and sherry.
House was fabulous, room was probably better than any hotel room you would have got. Owners Andrew and Lauren were so friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending East House to our friends, hope to go back in the future.

Wonderful welcome and totally relaxing stay at East House. The Jacobean room is perfect for a romantic getaway and cannot recommened East House enough.
