The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. The breakfast was great, big selection.

  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol and surrounding area.
