Le camere ampie - The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima pulizia, colazione ed accoglienza - We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

The hotel was great, clean, spacious, modern, and our stay wasvery reasonably priced. As a group of 11 women, we were allocated a group of rooms together which was great! in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.
Jacuzzi in the Sea-view rooms works a treat!
