& fixtures downstairs & all around the building etc,& the
picture's of the history of the building we were in &
Bournemouth etc. I also enjoyed the free parking. Be cautious about
other hotels that charge you to park if they have any parking at all?.
The streets in the Bournemouth area are mostly pay& display. Would

The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!.
Very friendly couple who run this & will do anything for you.
This small hotel was very clean & very comfortable.
Breakfast was also good, offering fruit juice, tea, coffee, cerial & a full English breakfast.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of any age.
The owners were very friendly and helpful and we loved the Victorian décor. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked, unfortunately we did not have the weather to sit in the pretty garden. We were in Bournemouth for a family get together and their prices were very good.

The cooked breakfast was excellent and the location in Bournemouth was just right for access to the sea front and easy to get to.
The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The twin room my sister and I stayed in was very good, had en suite shower and toilet and was tidied every day, there were tea and coffee facilities and their breakfasts were lovely. Very close to beach and shops.

The welcome and friendliness of the owners was second to none. The room was very clean and well equipped. An excellent breakfast was served. I am going to return to the hotel for my next series of business trips to Bournemouth.
The hotel was comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. The owner, his wife and their staff were very friendly and accommodating and were also very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to return.
A warm, friendly greeting on my arrival and an even bigger welcome to my dog, who was accommodated absolutely superbly. Lovely people who could not do enough to ensure both my dog and myself had everything we needed.

Staff were very welcoming on our arrival. The hotel was clean and rooms very pleasant and roomy. A good hearty breakfast was available with a good choice of cereals, juices and jams.

The shower curtain that wants to hug my body when showering, but it is

We didn't realize how hilly Bournemouth is so unfortunately probably wouldn't go back.
Afraid we did have a lumpy mattress but for 2 nights it was ok.
