Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -

Booked at short notice, based on reviews on this site. Just returned home. Having stayed we can say that the reviews were spot-on! We had a twin room on the 3rd floor, it was very spacious, the beds were
comfortable with a choice of pillows which was a nice touch. The towels
were a good size and quality and the soap/shampoo(etc) dispensers in
the bathroom were again a brilliant touch. The coffee machine in the
lobby was brilliant and gave nice strong hot coffee. The staff were also

A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided. The food was delicious and the restaurant and rooms remained very clean. Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone

Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. I shall be back - and for more than 24 hours next time!!.
