  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy. We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park. The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet.
