  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.

  We stayed in the Carnation room, a spacious Junior Suite with an additional adjoining room for our young son to sleep in. The bathroom was a good size and the generously-sized L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch.   Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.
