Claire and steve where really lovely and very helpful... nothing was to much trouble...the room was lovely and very clean.. bed very very comfy... steves breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and set us up for a days mountain biking. ... I would definitely recommend staying here..... we will be the next time we are doing whinlatter... perfect loca

Great service, staff very welcoming and great location and views. Will certainly return when next we next visit the lakes. The breakfast service was the best we have had from any hotel/guest house. The little touches and attention to detail are very noticeable and make a real difference. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and attentive.The grounds are superb and if you want simply to relax and do nothing the public rooms are delightful places to spend time. - The staff and service were exceptional.
