  very friendly welcoming and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable and it had a warm homely feeling, highly recommended, very convenient for Alexandra PAlace - The room was clean and tidy and very cosy, and the breakfast staff were all in uniform, which makes a nice change

  Molta disponibilita' e cortesia - We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions and the local area, really seemed like they enjoyed there work which adds to the serean atmosphere. The breakfast was a beautiful full english buffett style. Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg. 15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area. These people are a credit to your company , so helpful so friendly . a little spot by the young girl that was in Monday morning (22nd) in the breakfast area , while Porsha was her usual friendly self the younger lady wasnt :( Didnt spoil anything though it was still lovely and we will be back for certain

Hotel Unique security is ansolutely excellent. When you walk through the gate that is when you realise what a hidden gem it is.
