Situated only 100 yards from Ayr beach, the 4-star Burnside Guest House is a terraced Victorian property, 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. Belleisle And Seafield Golf Courses are 5 minutes’ drive from the property and guests can also receive discounts on selected, local golf courses.. Rich of historic places to visit Ayrshire boasts the beautiful Culzean Castle, 25 minutes’ drive away, Dumfries House, half an hour’s drive. The Robert Burns Birthplace Museum is accessible at a discounted rate for guests and it is 3 miles from the property. Free parking permits are provided for on-street parking.

Both my Husband and myself really enjoyed our stay at The Burnside Guest House. What a lovely welcome we received, and were given every piece of information we needed to enjoy our time there. Even my Gluten intolerance was catered for. Just wish we did not have to dash off early next morning. Very friendly. Had just everything we needed and was right where we wanted it. The cost was very reasonable. The breakfast could not have been bettered. We wanted fruit and fibre - healthy and Liz pushed the boat out. We got it!.

The proprietor, Liz, is so friendly and welcoming. Her guest house has been renovated to provide modern conveniences while still retaining charm and personality. Breakfast delicious. Got a very friendly welcome from liz(owner) the room was lovely and clean,great choices for breakfast,well deserving of 4 stars high recommended.
