Phil and his wife are awesome host. He drove us to town and picked us up when we got lost on our way back! He also dropped us off at train station when we left. The cleanliness of this b&b was one of the best and the breakfast had plenty of choice- good value for the money. Location for Alnwick castle and the surrounding coastline -only minutes away.Hosts were very friendly and helpful.Definitely returning next year. A real find!!!

George and Jackie were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were first class.
They also provided extras such as bottled water, tea, coffee and beers and other little touches which made our stay there very enjoyable.

The Annexe was a departure from the usual accommodation arrangements. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The check in and breakfast arrangements are a little unconventional and would benefit from a bit more explanation on the website. A number of guests had some difficulty with getting into their rooms. The freedom to come and go after this, however, was terrific.
