The staff were always helpful and put themselves out to help, without being pushy. The Hotel is well maintained and if in the area I would stay there again - Clean, tidy and comfortable room, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was superb!

Very helpful reception staff including the duty manager Thomaz I think? Helped us to our room as we had to carry our sleeping child. Was very helpful on the phone and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!!
Also lady in the morning on the reception was helpful and lady at breakfast helpful and friendly towards us and our son. And best omelette

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we travelled there on motorbikes they allowed us to store the bikes in a secure locked rear yard. - Very friendly staff, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The standard of breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of menu. Good seafront location.

Ottimo servizio. - All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest.
