with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting.
