The staff were superb. They were very helpful and friendly and were always there to help out. This was the same in the restaurant/pub next door. Warm friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, rooms really homely and the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in ages! Plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a well stocked tea tray. They've just got it so right! I'm converted to premier inn for the future now,sorry Travelodge!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were very very comfortable and warm(especially in the spring weather we have at the moment!) the beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious, the room has everytthing you have in your own bedroom.....very much home from home feeling.
The staff were more than helpfull, even at 9pm they helped me!

The room is not large, but the smart use of the space makes it quite
comfotable. I have been to larger rooms that look much smaller than the
one I got. The family that runs the place is very friendly and helpful.
Everything is clean, good large windows and much light, all items modern
and in perfect maintenance. The breakfast is ok. The good value for the
money is the most important point. I would stay there again.

They were warm and welcoming and helped us deal with ways of making our stay and departure comfortable and manageable. - I needed a place to overnight at near the Manchester airport for an early morning flight. Pymgate is just a 5 minute cab ride from Terminal Three at a cost of 7+ pounds (without tip). Juice, bread and an assortment of cereals was available for breakfast (included). Free Internet.

We were attending my sisters wedding and this Premier Inn was local, excellent value and great quality. The facilities were good and kept clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff helped organise a family dinner and made it special. Planes not an issue. My grandson loved them! -

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. Lovely room with a superbly comfortable bed and really safe and convenient location. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts are friendly and helpful - I accidentally interrupted their dinner (was a late check in) and they still helped me get oriented towards where to find dinner for myself, with no rush or making feel uncomfortable. quiet, very nice and helpful receptionists, comfortable beds, bus/Metro easy to reach, freshly renovated clean room. would stay there again for sure. transfer to airport ~15minutes by taxi - The room was comfortable,the shower was excellent, lovely hot water, good pressure. Enjoyed the art on the corridor walls.

The fact that the reception staff are extremely welcoming, the food from the table table restaurant next door is good, it's quiet - so a good nights sleep is easy to come by and it's very close to the office that I am visiting. -
