Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features.
