  The staff were very friendly especially from the owner. The location was excellent once we found the hotel ( a little difficult to find but all the locals know where it is so just ask). A excellent breakfast every morning freshly cooked. Nothing seemed too much trouble.   Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Good location with a beautiful park across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental with a good selection and served at your table. We had enjoyable time in the hotel bar talking to Phil the owner who ensured the music was to the liking of the guests. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!
