I stayed at the Avon Causeway due to my lack of organisation and the designated hotel for a friends wedding was full. I'm glad it was. Had a wedding to attend in christchurch, so just looked for a reasonable priced place to stay. We were very impressed, it is the old Hurn Railway station and breakfast was served in the pullman carriage, it was lovely. Very clean comfortable pub, with lovely beer garden and very good food, wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed one night again for the second week running. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.

The beautifully decorated room. The breakfasts were amazing. Selection of juices, cereals and main courses for breakfasts were top notch. The 'landlady' was really friendly and helpful. One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. ... cosa dice la gente » eturn next year once the dates for the conference are announced. - The easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, Shops and Buses, however the Parking was very limited at the hotel, but the proprietor had a well organised system for this problem. and there could be a problem for people with walking disabilities, as there was a steep hill to climb whichever nway you went. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. anywherr from the beach to oceanarium or bournemouth baloon within 5-10
mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the
essencial bits and bobs that u have forgoten to take for your holiday,

Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily.
Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.

We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as
