  I stayed at the Avon Causeway due to my lack of organisation and the designated hotel for a friends wedding was full. I'm glad it was. The staff were friendly, the room generously sized and with 'proper coffee' available. Unfortunately I did not sample the dinner menu due to rejoining the wedding party, but it looked fantastic. Recommend. - Had a wedding to attend in christchurch, so just looked for a reasonable priced place to stay. We were very impressed, it is the old Hurn Railway station and breakfast was served in the pullman carriage, it was lovely. Very clean comfortable pub, with lovely beer garden and very good food, wished we could have stayed longer.

Being near the main road thought noise might be a problem, this it fact was not the case, maybe because our room was at the back of the hotel with a good view over looking fields. Right from the start...booking in with a lovely young lady at reception, the warm welcome she gave us...we knew we had picked well. The personal attention given by taking us to our room, pointing out hotel facilities was excellent. We will definately book again. - One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.
