The friendly welcome and first class hospitality from hosts John and Avril, who could not have done more to make my short stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fantastic Location for our visit to Market Rasen Races. Superb room/ shower/wet room was great after a busy and hot day. Tranquil setting overlooking garden. Amanda and Peter are the most delightful hosts, a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, as is the room it is served in, nothing is too much trouble, we wish all the places we stayed were as good as this...it would take out a lot of anxiety when booking a trip.
