l'ampiezza dell'alloggio che però si trova in un condominio e non un residence e pertanto il proprietario deve essere contattato telefonicamente all'arrivo. la disponibilità di un parcheggio gratuito nel condominio e la posizione comoda a raggiungere il centro città (abbiamo comunque usato l'auto e non abbiamo avuto problemi a parcheggiare) -

The apartment was modern clean had all home comforts very secure and safe owner gerard very nice helpful man would recommend as it is very close to city centre and all attractions. Welcome pack was very good as well

We were in Belfast to visit an exhibition at the Titanic Centre and the
apartments were literally two minutes walk away. The Odyssey arena was a
couple of minutes walk in the other direction. Five minute taxi ride to
the huge Victoria Centre and the tourist attractions around it. Handy
Mace grocery store in the apartment complex. Free parking and wifi were
great. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wished I was
staying longer.

We were greeted by the owner right on time and shown around the apartment and given information about the area - where to get groceries, where the restaurants were and about the sights in the area. Fabulous apartment, great view of the harbour and titanic museum, great
safe underground car park(only one car space though), surround sound in
every room, really clean, really friendly staff. The staff had left tea,
coffee, cooking oil so it made it much easier. We loved the apartment so
much we stayed in on the Friday night of our Girly weekend just to have
a few drinks and a chat.

Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from

The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.
