  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads.   Rooms are very clean and nice, nice room design, private parking, caring manager Peter, funny kettle (need to include instructions of use ), not far form city centre - Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.
