I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent.

Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park -
The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

The rooms ate spotless very comfy beds you have freeview tv , free wifi , tea& coffee faclities ensuite shower room & the breakfast is beautiful we didnt eat for the rest of the day

In a quiet residential area away from the main roads, with onsite parking and a short drive to Birmingham city centre. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and the lady was very helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Overall great value for money. We were very satisfied with our stay and would defiantly return. -

My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. I thought the standard of the room and ensuite were excellent. It was tastefully decorated and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and toiletries. The parking was on site and the location was perfect in terms of motorway and our onward plans. Breakfast was extensive and the proprietor was helpful and informative. I felt really comfortable here.
