  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   Molto pulito e cibo buono - Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Being a vegetarian, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating.
