  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

  I recently stayed at the New Hall hotel and spa as a birthday present for my partner and, the overall stay in the hotel was truly fantastic, the hotel itself is picture perfect, room was amazing and although the food was expensive it was well worth it.   Stayed there 4 times staff extremely helpful, no problems with noise, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent - wouldn't stay anywhere else when in West Midlands. - The golf next to hotel,the staff excellent and very helpfull.The hotel is near all motorways.The food was good.

  Helpful but unobtrusive staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Leisure facilities were excellent. Food was sublime - excellent standard of customer service,wonderful staff and excellent facilities-definitely will be returning
