Fantastic Fantastic Fantasic.Dont think twice, just book! -Excellent Staff. Very helpful and friendly in all respects. Sezgin the owner goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable.He speaks excellent english which is a rarity in Istanbul. -Newly furbished spacious studio aparment with excellent daily cleaning. -perfectly located just 100 metres off Istiklal street which is the main shopping street with bars and eateries. We felt the same way about his staff. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Terrific shower/plumbing in general, soft towels, good refidgerator. Location was superb and in the flat itself it was quiet, due to good windows. By far the best thing about this place is the people, they go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable, equipped with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay and more. Location is very good, minutes away from buzzing shopping and leisure streets, and also very close to public transport. Friendly Manger. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We could not find the apartment and they came out to meet us. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is both good and bad. Good in that it is very near the metro and therefore easy to travel to other destinations. Mr Sezgin is a good professional host. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good. I visit Istanbul many times in the last 20 years. For istanbul standards this hotel/suites is outstanding. You can't find a place like this for the money he ask. I will come back. - The location is great, just 2-min walk from the Istiklal street and 5-min from Taksim Square. - The staff was very helpful - The room was spacious and had everything one would need (fridge, microwave, TV, AC, 2 stoves etc.), and good&free WiFi connection. Everything is good the owner mr. Sezgin made his best and make you feel as at your home every time he saw us great us and ask if need something ?. I visited istanbul many times staying mostly in 4 or 5 stars. But from now I will stay at nossa suites pera. This was AMAZIN> Sezgin the manager was super friendly, and all the other staff. EVERYONE. They even gave us 1 free breakfast. WOW. Only one small thing, the noise is a bit worse on Friday Night but thats common anywhere within any city center. Hotel location is very good and very new，the room is comfortable and has good bed, great showers and plenty of space in the room.The owner was very friendly and he gave me more suggestions, I fill like home. Room was very confitable and worth the money. Price was cheap compared to other hotels, staff was very friendly and special thanx for sez the owner very the nice hospitality and the turkish tea he offered. Very Spacious & Clean Room. Nothing - this was the perfect place for us to stay. Nothing!. The hotel has no exterior signage and is therefore impossible to find. Before we rang them for help we had walked past 5 times! The street the hotel is located on is also incredibly noisy and we found it difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise of the traffic and the late night revellers. You might get disturbed from the street noise (especially car horns) if you are noise sensitive. The first time It was difficult to find. If you not used to partying, the nearby pubs and bars sound might affect the peace of ur sleep sometimes. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the traffic which especially on Saturday was very annoying and kept on until 5 in the morning but I guess this is something one should expect when staying at such a centrally located hotel. The noise from the main street outside the hotel. the curtain is not well as the sun light can enter the room, but its ok. noise from outside. The smell from wayside food stalls. The smell of food coming from the restaurant. No Proper Lobby Area & Room Was Very Noisy Throughout The Day & Night.
