We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

The private beach and views is what made me book this hotel and they did
not disappoint. The hotel itself was incredible. Food was really good,
with really healthy/clean food. Taxi's will try to charge you
too much to get to the hotel from Krabi town, most likely because they
know you've got money if you are staying in this fantastic hotel.

I like everytrees and atmosphere in the resort, they look natural and shady. The bizarre shape of group of mountains confronting the Tubkaak beach is so stunning, the hotel seems to have its own beach so it's easy to walk down to the sea from your room in just a second. Probably the best hotel experience in our life.
We stayed 3days and everything was perfect: staff, food, facilities, swimming pool, beach, kayak, happy hour for the sunset...

very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice.

Friendly and courteous staff, great central location on the island (scooter rental available on site). Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families.
Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing..
Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent.
Kid's club was excellent for our 5 years old daughter: a lot of activities, friendly staff, she loved it!

Hands down the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in.. Pay the extra money for the spa room, it's worth every single penny. Friendly monkeys on the beach next to the hotel and the most attentive staff.. We only booked 1 night here but wished we could have stayed for more!

We stayed in a Junior Villa which was fabulous. Superb bathroom, dressing area and bedroom and nice and private balcony with no other bungalows overlooking. Breakfast wasnt brilliant but did the job - the usual egg station and then extra bits to keep you full until lunch. Staff ok - reception staff not the friendliest but restaurant staff lovely.

Great value for the money. We were on Railay East, which doesn't have a great beach to tan or swim on, but was still incredibly beautiful with the mangrove trees. Also, taking the boat from Krabi, we docked right in front of our hotel - very convenient! The walk to Railay West beach is very short, only about 5 minutes, so I'd really recommend saving money and staying on the east side. The resort was pretty, and had a nice pool. Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

Great hotel for relaxing. We ate breakfast every morning next to the beach. The views were incredible. We booked trips thru the hotel and everything was professional. Picked us up on time and it seem because we booked thru the hotel that we had priority getting on boats and other trips. Breakfast had more than enough items to eat... Should meet everyone's needs. They had two pools and both were nice. I would go again!

Outrigger was definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in Thailand.
Since the moment the hotel was revealed to my eyes from far away by long
tail boat, my breathe was taken and it was hard to readjust.

My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

Very nice design in the room. Quiet place! Perfect for staying som nights. You can rent a scooter for 250 thb and drive around the island and to Saladan city. -
I love the fact that there is private pool in our room and the room is value for money. Considered affordable if I were to compare to other hotel/resorts.

the staff were so friendly the pool clean lived up to the advertisement under 1km to beech,so could walk,7mtr high ceiling in front room a sure bet.
and the free transport to the ao nang beech everyday was a joy to stay near to the ferry port for crossings to pee pee island and hong island. felt so at peace with the birds chirping -
