The entire vila is specially arranged like a beautiful home. When you go
out of the room, you will have waiting room, dinning room and a small
garden. The room is quiet not as what others' comments. Maybe
it's because my room is on the first floor and far from the busy
high way. Staff in the hotel always bring their smile. They are detail

The room was very functional: although fairly compact it had plenty of shelves, surfaces to put things on. The bed was comfy and large. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. Our room facing a side of the building was very quiet. The design is minimalistic, but pretty cool.
The hotel is close to Metro (BTS) and river transport. Plenty of local food vendors nearby.

we have been there twice in Jan 2014 and we can reccomend this place enrirely: the owner run a private, clean und quiet guesthouse in the Center of Ayutthaya, every guest is treated individually, fluent in english (sorry, we not)!!!

The building is just amazing - the superior double room we stayed in was the best we had during our whole holiday. From outside it looked like an antique wardrobe - amazing!

The staff was exremly helpful and friendly. Regarding some of the previous comments to this hotel: there are futon beds so this is what you can expect. The rooms are basic but very nice. The hotel lies more or less quiet and the temples, nightmarket and supermarket are close. Breakfast was also great!

Nice place, clean, very friendly people managing the B&B, they provide you clues how to nove around. Location is not downtown, but it is at 5 minutes from metro station with complimentary tuc-tuc B&B provide you daily. Very good value for money. I strongly recommend the place to spend a couple of days exploring Bangkok

We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. The location is in a side road and it's a bit difficult to find it; near the guesthouse you can find '7 eleven' and cheap restaurants with good food.
