  The room was clean and spacious and beautiful decorated. The guesthouse is in the center of Pai which is its advantage and its disadvantage as it was very noisy. Breakfast was small but delicious.   The location is great. Close to the walking street. Every room is an individual cottage, and it's very clean, rustic and cute inside. I love Paiburee~ - This place is great! Very clean and nice private rooms. As usual the beds are hard but that's the same we have found in the entire N Thailand region. The staff is great but do not speak English. Easy walk to the walking street night market. Breakfast is included and is eggs, toast and ham. Coffee is instant but included. Great place to stay!

  The owners were really friendly and upgraded me and my girlfriend to a bungalow for no additional price. I think these guys are new owners. They helped us out with info on the town and local landmarks to visit. The bungalows could do with a spruce up but nothing about them was niggling or dirty.
