My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff is very friendly - in fact most Thai people are very friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym, very decent breakfast.

Great location with BTS station right in front of the hotel! Friendly staff always ready to help the guest and fulfil my requests (gave me free early c.in when I arrived before 12 a.m and late c.out until 2pm and got facility to take shower and refresh before night flight). Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.
And free wifi in room!

Everything looks great in this hotel. Good location near to skytrain, shopping mall, restaurants etc. The hotel room reasonably spacious, clean toilet, locker facilities, free wifi in room, complementary tea-coffee etc. Interestingly, the hotel offers complementary sight visit to the different historical place of Bangkok. -

Budget friendly place and I checked inn at midnight but still the staff was very cheerful and kind and srved chilled water and allowed me to check inn without paying. As I hadnt exchanged my money. I recommend this place as very safe for female travellers and also near to shopping centres . -

All in all it was great.
Very friendly staff, nice pool on the rooftop with no people and it works until 23:00, fast wifi, very clean, modern and comfortable room. (we had Premier room and it was quite big)
Breakfast was good with all the basic western morning dishes, three types of tropical fruits, and 2-3 asian dishes.

really fantastic hotel I like it, easy and fast check in with warm welcome, they make early check in for us even without asking for that really professional, helpful and friendly staff. location very good specially for medical travelers (30 second to Bumrungrad Hospital). the rooms very comfortable with modern design. I visited Bangkok four times its the best hotel for medical travelers whose want to go to Bumrungrad hospital. Finally I can say Best Western is the best.

Convenience to both high-end and low-end shopping. Food-wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Safety in the hotel is good as only registered guests are allowed into lift lobby. The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid
