The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

The service was top notch- from the check-in/out, fitness center, to the restaurant/bar. While we were at The Speakeasy, it started to drizzle- servers ran to us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain until the awning had fully spread (small detail, but it went a long way for us).

I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs.
