Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.

We loved staying at SSIP. The staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, thoughtful and kind. The breakfasts were a feast of Thai specialities, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty and filling. The staff helped us a lot with the booking of our bus to Chiang Mai. Also they organised a taxi driver who took us to the bus station. hence the staff was not just very friendly but also extremely proactive and helpful. -

We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. The location is in a side road and it's a bit difficult to find it; near the guesthouse you can find '7 eleven' and cheap restaurants with good food. Location is great. Its about a 20min walk to the Wat Pho and the Grand Palace.
We got the standard room its small but clean. Bed is in a corner. Fridge with free water and other (paid) beverages. There is a kettle.
Breakfast is limited to 3 or 4 menu choices..no buffet. Perfect hotel if you are only staying for 1 or 2 nights!

The location was great for us. Fifteen minute walk to Khoa San Road, but
far enough away it was quiet and nice. Hotel was spotless! We had two
rooms overlooking the pool - 301a & b and they were great. Beds were

Wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked 2 nights and stay 4. We came
from airport, first time in Bangkok and kindly staff gave us so many
informations about Bangkok, Thailand, free map etc. Staff was perfect at
all - they help you with every problem with smile. And hotel and rooms
were so clean, modern desined, quiet and calm in the city centre. Nice
pool open till 10 pm, that was especiaaly refreshing after all day
walking during the city. We really enjoed it.
