  Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Room service is also a reasonable price. - The hotel's site seems to be hacked by some Russian hacker. The site kept switching to a Russian language site automatically.

  The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very modern and spacious. The staff was excellent, always smiling and willing to assist me with any need.   We love the clean and homely layout of the rooms, conveniently near to Bumrungrad Hospital, so much to see along the side walk and near to Nana station too.
