The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The breakfast was brilliant and the facilities live up to their description if not better. I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful
and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
