  Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Bath tub... cosa dice la gente » was big and hot water was perfect after a big day shopping in town.this is not our first time in thailand, and travel quite alot, I would recommend G - I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

  We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Love the spacious ensuite bathroom (the children especially love the big bathtub that can house mommy an... cosa dice la gente » d both of them comfortably), family-friendly wading pool and kids' entertainment (a pity it was under repair though but the children kept peeping into - Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

  location breakfast room was light and user friendly with good ventilation in the bathroom wifi was great air conditioning was great - My brother unfortunately left a bag in the taxi. The amount of time and effort they showed to track his belongings down was amazing.

  Been to bangkok a few times but its y first time in this hotel...xcellent service from staffs.. Breakfast was good...served different dishes each day.. The room was superb n cleanliness was excellent! Beside all of the furnishings described on letsbookhotel.com we found also iron and ironing desk. Additionally dryer was added when service spotted that we dry clothes on the balcony.   posizione, qualita' dell'albergo - good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.
