  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

  The bed was the hardest yet on my 3 month trip in S.E.Asia, but we solved it by putting a the mattress from an extra-bed on top. It was very comfortable. Unlike many other hotels/hostels in the same area, there was air and space - in the outdoor restaurant, the garden and the courtyard for parking. There was a washing machine! Very good. Theres a great cafe a 3 minute walk from here called Chomp that has amazing food and homemade bread and amazing service.

Room had all the features needed.   Good walking distance to the ' great palace and others. Only 3-4 minuts walking to the pier where you can take the boat into the city for only 15 baht p.p. On the last pier station (Taksin Station) you can walk easily to the skybar or take the skytrain to siamcenter etc. The room was clean and had everything for a good 2-4 day citytrip.   Great little place. Good value for money. The owner is really nice and helpful answering questions and making sure you have a great stay. Will absolutely come here again!
