  Very convenient location, beautiful hotel and friendly and competent staff. The room was very comfortable, and there was a nice rain shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very nice and varied, as was the hotel dining. Unfortunately I did not therefore have time to use the pool, spa or other hotel facilities. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with last minute shopping information, restaurant information and with any enquiry we had.

  We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
