  A great hotel and great staff. Really nice breakfast and really nice rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly good. The beachfront is a bit basic; Take a taxi to Chaweng Beach for 300 Bht or a tuc tuc for 150 Bht - Really nice and clean hotel. The staff were always helpful and friendly. the complex has a good variety of shops and restaurants although I mostly chose to eat at the nearby New Hut for budget reasons and preferred to try "authentic Thai" food with fellow travelers. The pools were beautiful although on my second last day whilst lounging at the big pool a snake fell out of a over hanging palm and landed on my chest, however I don't blame the resort for that.   The hotel is beautiful, and staff top notch. The attention to detail and special touches at every turn were outstanding. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable I have slept on in Thailand, I was ill for a day upon arrival,and spent the better part of a day in bed. You cannot believe how they pampered me. I love - From the time we walked into the lobby were we greeted by the a friendly staff. The four days we were there the staff was always available to answer our questions. Things about the island, spa, food, excursions and the hotel. We are planning a visit in December and looking forward to the stay.

  The service and the people are beyond excellent. Very nice room ambiance and cleanliness. Beautiful environment. Worth the money. The food was exquisite. The view is breathtaking. A very relaxing place and peaceful.   The staff was very polite. When I arrived my room had an unusual odor. They changed my room right away without question. I had a very nice 4th floor with spectacular views. Tor at the poolside bar/restaurant was always so friendly and informative. there was always a smile along with most of the other staff. Great supply of free weights. - Good location, away from the hustle n bustle of Chaweng, yet near to the other nature hotspots. The double bed was probably the biggest that we have seen so far!! Being bang on the beach was a great advantage...The facility was quite decent overall.

  The resort is about 2 mins drive from the centre of lamai and the owners Dave and Paul happily drive all the guests to and from town. Nou and El are both superb and extremely helpful. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. - Very clean and comfortable, really nice personal service. great pool and bathing area.

  It was a quick decision to book this resort but it was the most fantasitc place we had stayed for this trip in Thailand! Excelletn location excellent between Chawen Beach and Lamai Beach, riding a motocycle to either one takes less than 20 minutes.
