Yun is amazing! He is very flexible and was ablae to accomodate two more of my friends at short notice. The rooms are basic but its all you need when staying at Ko samet short walk to the beach an even shorter one to the pier and local amenities... Amazing!.
The owner was a great fellow, though his maid spoke no English and lost someone's clothes.
I would stay here again, definitely.
Location, atmosphere.
friendly.
Convenient location near the port, owner is friendly and helpful.
Koh Samed is not as nice an island as it used to be, but this was, with a motorbike, a great location from which to go all over the island.
Internet worked in the mornings only, usually.
Wi-fi didn't work despite being advertised as included in the price.
Rooms are a bit basic, a bit overpriced but Koh Samed is generally overpriced anyway.
