  The hotel rooms were very clean. For the money we spent on the room I was impressed how clean it was. Very close to the beach, 5-7 min walk to Kata beach.   Beautifully designed hotel in main area but hidden from the hustel and bustle. 5 mins walk to the beach and access to all shops and resturants around Kata Beach.
