I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. We came to Chiang Mai a few days early and booked this hotel by chance. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!

The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

The room and decoration are very good. The location is quite out of the downtown Chiang Mai but mid of Wiang Kum Kam. It gives the different feeling and experience.
