Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

Great location with BTS station right in front of the hotel! Friendly staff always ready to help the guest and fulfil my requests (gave me free early c.in when I arrived before 12 a.m and late c.out until 2pm and got facility to take shower and refresh before night flight). Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.
And free wifi in room!

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. This resort has everything!
The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...!
I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing!
Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time.
It had all the technical plug ins, so I could re-charge my phone and ipad with no problem, even had universal plugs which I was relieved about seeing as I left mine at home :) -
