Receptionist is really nice, made phone call for us without asking for payment.
Decoration is lovely and traditional， free computer and novels are provided on the second floor.
Breakfast is nice also, three types offered.
Room is clean and comfortable，with balcony facing the temple.

gave really good advice and what to do in chiang mai and the best places
to eat the area is very central with a lot of good restaurants

Communication early from Gilles the owner, who arranged for us to be put in an alternative room at no cost when we arrived after an overnight bus trip from Bangkok, prior to check in time. It was also obvious that he takes a passionate interest in maintaining high quality service for the guests. His staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The location within the old city is a short walk to most places, or get a Tuk Tuk, which are pretty cheap. Highly recommended.

The Nest is fantastic. Very clean & tidy, traditional Thai decors.
It is close to the main shopping mall & Nimmanhaemin Rd. The staff
are very very friendly & helpful. When we needed a cab to airport,
the sweet owner was free at that time & drive us to airport. Will
definitely choose the Nest again. -

We loved our stay at Riverside House, the staff were really sweet, the pool lovely and clean, the location is excellent to the night market and within walking distance of the old city. Breakfast was basic but fine, rooms cleaned daily, lots of space to relax in and really laid back.
