  We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! Breakfast was very nice with a basket of pastries, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice and cold meats.... cosa dice la gente » The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

They gave us free tickets to ride the train to Montreux and half off cards for Chillon Castle! The windows/door are very sound proof so even though it's close to the road and train station, noise is not a problem at all when everything is closed. The terrasse is a lovely view to have a drink and/or snack.

  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.
