  The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.
