Huge and amazing apartment. We stayed at the garden floor one, the big one. Extremely fun. Wireless works great. The owner doesn't know english at all, so either you know Italian or some other Euro language, or be ready to use Google Translate. Overall, a truly excellent place for kids.

the apartment is just perfect, you'll find everything you need. it's absolutely clean & cosy, close to lugano, in summer you could even walk to the city center. also nice if traveling with kids, our 2 little ones loved the place. a special thanks to kristina for the birthday surprise for my son! ;) -

Everything! We were treated as family from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and bright with unbelievable views of the city, lake and mountains. The view from the lake view rooms is so breathtakingly beautiful it is worth the extra amount for those rooms. Having shared bathrooms and WC weren't a problem at all as there are only four rooms per floor; it just feels like you are in someone's home. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and delicious.
