  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.   Tutto è stato perfetto. Ho apprezzato in particolare l'ubicazione dell'hotel, sia per la facilità con cui si raggiunge dalla stazione con la teleferica, sia per la posizione centrale, e la tranquillità. - La Colazione è stravolgente!!!!!!!!!!! Mai visto un tavolo colazione così ampio!!FAVOLOSO!!!!!!Andateci solo per far colazione!!!!

  We stayed here 5 days in one of the family suites--a corner room with a large bed and two bunk beds. The views of Lake Maggiore and the lush vegetation were breathtaking from all vantage points. We slept at night with the windows flung open, enjoying the tropical breezes and the occasional showy thunder and lightning storm. We greatly appreciated the small fridge in the room, which allowed us to store drinks and sna - Stayed there 2nights and one day going south. We had a marvellous view from our room over the lake. It was a spacious family room with a balcony and a nice terrace. Great breakfast (included fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, different kinds of bread, etc. ) Small kids playground, and a tiny place down at the lake where you can swim. During the day we went to Ascona on the lake side where we rented a pedalo (waterfiets) with slide for an hour. Kids (6 and 8) thought they were in paradise!

  Bella posizione. Camera confortevole e pulitissima. Bagno grande, confortevole ed estremamente pulito. Staff discreto ma molto cordiale. - Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  Great welcome and very friendly owner. Beautiful house with big sunny garden to eat breakfast. Perfect location for climbing and biking in Val Colla and surroundings. Great room with sunset light on the balcony. Comfortable bed. Excellent tips for local food and wines. Bike garage, pump, hose and basic tools available. - The customers services first of all. The two brothers who run this place were very friendly, funny and professional. I am use to stay in different hotels around Europe and I have to say that the staff were really good. I would definitely stay there again.
