  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

  The location is about 10 mins from Lucerne main train station, easily found. I stayed in a private three-bed room which was beond expectation. From the review I learnt that the 3-bed room will have one king-size bed and a single bed on top it so the third person will need to climb to sleep, but my room was quite large, with the single bed not hang... cosa dice la gente » ing on top of the king-size bed. The bathroom was big enough, door was not transparent as reviewed previously and can be locked from inside. Bed sheet - It is really good value for money in Switzerland! Moreover it is not so far from main sightseenigs. The rooms have air conditions, tv and wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is the same as you can see from the hotel's pictures. Many people wrote that rooms were small and it's inconvenient. I think that for 1-3 nights it's ok. It is a place to spend nights because the rest of the time you will walk around this wonderful city - Luzern!
