The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

It was a very pretty area, relaxing for a short stay. Mybstaybwas only 4 days l'm spent it visiting the cable car lifts, and the villages close by. The village is beautiful, clean and easybtonget around. Little English is spoken but there is always a way to communicate. -

Parlano bene italiano, molto buono il ristorante interno, camere spaziose e ben tenute con cassaforte e frigo, il parcheggio sul retro è ampio ma un pò difficile da trovare perchè l'ingresso principale è in area pedonale quindi bisogna passare con la macchina dal lato dell'area verde pubblica. - Staff molto disponibile,e lui il marito è Italiano...

A nice friendly hotel with an excellent breakfast and good selection for dinner. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the farm yard next door. It is a wonderful hotel at a wonderful place. The room is very tidy and clean and spacious. They offer the free bus pass within the town and 2 special coins each person per day that can be used on the automatic washing machine & drier or for two cups of hot drinks like some kinds of coffee and tea and even chocolate drink.

One of the best backpacking/ low budget places to stay. Location is great (close to everything - 2 min walk to seriously...everything), but is also very quiet. Staff are helpful (and even remember if you've been there before). facilities are great for a hostel and the breakfast is better than some 4/5 star hotels offer. Heaps of things to do locally in all types of weather. And they also have washing machines and driers (a rare commodity in not only Interlaken, but a lot of Swiss towns). S

cordialità e professionalità - I have arrived the hotel after midnight. But the staff was waiting foronly us. And he explained all about trip and gave documents for the trip(map, timetable for train, other guildlines...) at that time. - The reception was warm and the owners extremely nice and friendly.

Very good location which is just next to the train station.
Helpful staff and they speak excellent English.
The hostel is very new with good facility.
Very cozy room and common area.
Dinner supplied not really expensive taking the price of food in Switzerland into account. But if you don‘t want to pay, you can bring your own stuff and a microwave oven is provided for free.
Everything is very clean.

The apartment was most convenient to the railway station and shops a few mins walk away. Grindlewald and Interlarkin were a short drive away. The owners spoke English and were very helpful. The underground garage was an added bonus. We would recommend this Apartment.

Its a beautiful Chalet type Hotel which has definitely kept his characteristics! The interior design is very charming and cosy too! The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cosy and nothing is missing. the gourmet restaurant is fabulous too! Surely a place to go back to.
