The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. The taxi took 24chf to take us from the train station to the apartment. You can use bus#20 it's easy to use and only 10 min ride from the station to the apartment. The apartment was very safe and they welcome us with chocolate and free shampoo. Also, there is a guide book for the apartment that describe everything.tutti gli commenti dei clienti
Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful. Good location outside the town with nice views and close to bus station and a grocery store.
The apartment is very new and has all the comforts a traveller requires. We found the location really great - close enough to Lucerne to get there quickly, but far enough away to escape the hustle & bustle of the city.
Would definitely stay there again.
When I needed help with burnt-out light bulb and I didn't know how to work the stove, staff person came up to apartment with me immediately and fixed/helped with both issues quickly and efficiently. Also, apartment was spacious and comfortable.
While travelling with family, the facilities provided by Allmend Standard Studio were beyond imagination, especially the kitchen, access to transport and departmental store! Strongly recommend for families and groups.
Apartment was compact but had all the facilities necessary. View from the apartment was good . Wifi was cool. And the location of the apartment is also very nice. Quiet place but nicely connected to main station.

Facilities. very modern and comfortable bedding,....best we found. close connection to trainstation. we never waited more than 2 mins for bus. our coffee machine was broken, they replaced immed.
Staff was helpful, though remote. Location is well connected by bus
to main Luzern Railway and City Migros, supermarket close by Clean,
well furnished.

The Apartment was easily accessed from the city. It was clean and staff were prompt in meeting us. Security was excellent. The surroundings were pleasant. The bed was comfortable if a bit low.
Good location, nice area of town. Sports center and grocery store, two
minute walk, same complex. Good size studio and very secure building.
The apartments are conveniently located and have easy parking nearby. They are equipped with everything needed for 3-4 day stay.
It was close to the sports centre, out of town but not too far.

The towels and the bed covers weren't that clean. I recommend that they change the towel's color to white instead of black. Suddenly, The refridgeator door didn't close for unknown reason. it's kinda far from the city center.
No maid service for the duration of stay (costs CHF 75 if you really need it). Blinds were electronic and were temperamental. On two of the 4 days we stayed there, they were wide open in the morning! They supposedly respond to wind and temperature.
Parking is close and convenient but costs CHF 15 per day.
The apartments are located outside of Lucern and required a bus or a train ride to reach. There was not enough explanation provided initially for us to understand best way to get there.
Lack of a full-time receptionist.
As such, everything was good. But the only thing that I think requires improvement is the bath area. After having a shower, the bathroom gets flooded. If the bath area is elevated a bit more, then it should be fine.

Kitchenette has no counter space, so had a challenge making b'fast, but everything else was good...they left key in keybox. very convienient.

1. they could have more interaction with the customers
2. you can contact them only by a mobile or the internet as there is no phone in the apartment
3. they could at least change the towels once in 2 days.
No after daylight hour staff around.
The bathroom was very inconvenient with water spilling all over the place, they need to have a glass door instead of shower curtains. No restaurants nearby only a supermarket.
Too impersonal - too hi tech.
A kettle in apartment would be better than only the Coffee machine. Cutlery and dishes were not a complete set. Directions to Hitrental Reception outside the buidling would be nice.
Parking place charge extra.
Flat was a little small to have all the furnitures. Out of center of town.

booking stated city views, however we where on 1st floor, not a big issue as nice apartment.
Poor choice of furniture made the room cramped and uncomfortable. The large sofa bed should be removed and replaced with two comfortable chairs. The bathroom needs some attention, the shower curtain is almost useless and the bathroom floor gets very wet and a little dangerous, in addition the shower head is damaged and needs replacing. There is insufficient room between the bed and the window which was a safety and convenience issue
The cramped conditions left little space to store luggage.
Almost non-existent on site staff. Picked up key in lock box,
instructions did not say our room number or how to use electronic key
sensor for elevator use. A local resident helped us. No bathroom paper,
quick trip to store needed. Plenty of open parking spaces in garage but
hit management would not give or sell us a parking pass. Had to pay $20
franc /day in the empty public garage, part of the same underground
garage system as Apts.. Appears to be a customer rip off.
Was not staffed so had to do a lot of contact over the phone. Directions into the building were not given prior to arrival which meant a phone call to find out how we obtained keys (which we left for us in a box out the front).
1) The shower was not working - the front panel had come off and it was like using a pipe. Even after reporting the issue, no one cared to address it nor was an apology given
2) I asked for a Swiss to UK plug adapter and got a swiss to swiss one
3) the staff from hitrental is not available on the building was not available on working days full time.
Long time could not get to the hotel building, no key.
•Curtains has to be change, dos not give any privacy. • Cleaning has to
be daily or two days even if you are staying more than two weeks. •
Room signs numbers is not clear, don’t be surprise you have to find
your apartment every time the lift opens. • The office has to be 24
hours. No parking.
Not as described when making booking on this site - since been amended. (promised views and balcony - neither were true) - very small room, not comfortable at all.
Most things in Switzerland are very expensive.
Does not have a receptionist in the building and waited for more than two hours outside of the building and the atmosphere was a rainy.
